| | - | Driver accomodation: No cost for Bandung, because we based on Bandung. For non Bandung, you have to provide it, or included in the package. No cost for Bandung, and Rp. 75,000/night for others
| | - | Drivers are restricted to driving no more than 14 hours per day
| | - | Every five (5) hours driving must be followed by at least a 30minute break away from the vehicle
| | - | Your driver has been trained to manage emergency situations. In the case of an emergency, please follow the driver s instructions.
| | - | Driver's meals : based on meal time, such as breakfast, lunch or dinner
| | - | Driver overtime: Rp. 10,000/hour

Passenger Right
| - | Special requests by the client during the charter are to be agreed to by the driver.
| | - | Jack Tours & Travel reserves the right to refuse transportation to any passenger intoxicated by alcohol or drugs, as well as any individual that threatens the welfare of other passengers or the drivers.
| | - | Our drivers are empowered to refuse service if they feel threatened in any way or fear for the safety of their fare.
| | - | Please avoid taking glass bottles, stubbies etc. Plastic cups and cans are much safer.
| | - | If there is unsociable or unruly behaviour on or off the vehicle any time, the driver has the right to terminate the car rental immediately and if necessary call the police.

Bagages
| - | While we keep our car manned or locked at all times, We cannot assume any responsibility for the personal property.
| | - | Our luggage compartments (if available) will be kept locked at all times. Baggage and other carry-on items will be handled by passengers (and passengers alone).

Garbages
| - | Garbage bins are provided in most of our cars for your convenience. Please use them as a cleaning fee of 50,000 IDR may be charged if the vehicle returns in an unreasonable state.

Travel Insurance for Bandung Car Rental
| - | Jack Tours & Travel requires that all tour participants have travel insurance coverage including trip interruption, trip cancellation, health and life. Jack Tours & Travel and agencies cannot be expected to refund or credit clients when circumstances prevent the client from completing their trip. Insurance should be considered as part of the cost of any holiday.
| | - | The very nature of providing tours causes concern on the part of Jack Tours & Travel as to the safety of each tour participant. Due to this the company reserves the right to refuse to accept or retain any person as a client of any package at any time and for any reason whatsoever, which Jack Tours & Travel and/or its suppliers shall in our (their) sole judgment deem necessary. In any such event the companies involved shall not be held liable and the client shall have no recourse whatsoever, directly or indirectly against Jack Tours & Travel and/or its suppliers with respect to the cancellation.

Responsibility of Bandung Car Rental
| - | Jack Tours & Travel and cooperating agencies act only in the capacity of agent for the participation in all matters relating to car rental and/or all other related travel services and assume no responsibility howsoever caused for injury, loss or damage to person or property in connection with any service including but not limited to, that resulting directly or indirectly from: acts of God, detention, annoyance, delays and expenses arising from quarantine, strikes, thefts, pilferage, force majure, failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled, civil disturbances, government restrictions or regulations, discrepancies or change in transit. Reasonable changes in itinerary may be made where deemed advisable for the comfort and well being of the participants.

Booking for Bandung Car Rental
| - | Once you have decided on a tour and it is confirmed you will have to pay a deposit to secure your reservation.

| | | Jakarta is about 150KM and + 3 hours via Toll/Highway from/to Bandung.
| | | Cost round-trip for Toll/highway and fuel will be cost to renter. additional cost for toll and fuel/petrol Rp. 300,000.-
| | - | Other Cities:
| | | surcharge apply, specially to cover additional cost like petrol, parking, toll, etc.
| | | surcharge depend on city location.
| | - | Time calculation based on departure from Bandung and Arrive to Bandung.

Bandung Car Rental Payments
| - | Booking fee is 25% of total cost, and minimum is Rp. 100.000.-/day/car

| | - | Please don't transfer or pay any money to "Jack Tours & Travel" before "Jack Tours & Travel" confirmed about your order.
| | - | Payment can be done by cash and/or bank transfer to the Jack Tours & Travel Bank account, under name of Jack Febrian Rusdi
| | - | Any payment should be pay in Indonesia Rupiah (Rp.)
| | - | If incurred afterward, payment of any other charges, such as late fees, fuel charge and drop-off charge, must be made to "Jack Tours & Travel".

Extend of Bandung Car Rental
| - | Extend of car rental means new contract, and should be confirm to us for car availibility first.
| | - | You have to contact or rebook by online to get for sure of your booking.
| | - | our staff will check about our car rental availibilty to confirmed about your booking.
| | - | If the renter wishes to extend the rental beyond the original contract date, authorisation must be obtained from Jack Tours & Travel. Failure to do so will result in Jack Tours & Travel reporting the car stolen and immediately negates all cover. Penalties may be incurred.

Cancellation
| - | There is no cancellation fee providing that the chartering party notifies Jack Tours & Travel in writing, via email or fax or SMS 7 days before the planned trip date. Last minute cancellations will be subject to penalties of up to 100% the trip cost.
| | - | Cancelation fee is Rp. 100.000/day/car before your car rental period and 100% when cancelation made on your car rental period
| | - | If you need to use earlier than your end-of-order date for any reason, contact "Jack Tours & Travel". The unused daily rental period will be refunded, but a cancellation fee will apply.

| - | Maximum claim is equal to the money which have been accepted from renter at that priod.
