General
-	Free unlimited mileage
-	Free pickup at your hotel or airport in Padang (in the rental periode)
-	Please do not leave valuables in the car (while our driver is not in the car)
-	In rare cases, the car you've made a reservation for may be replaced with a similar vehicle.
-	Flat tires and fuel are billed to the renter's account
-	Car rental should be with driver.
Rates
-	Tariffs are fixed and must be paid in advance (before rent)
-	Car rental rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp.)
-	Rate are subject to change without notice
-	Rates are only for car rent, except mention with the others
-	Special rates available on request (rent more than 6 days)
Daily Rent
-	Rates are based to 16-hour rental in the first day, and based to 24-hour for others (day 2, day 3, etc).
Driver
-	Driver daily fee: Rp. 75.000.-
-	Driver working hours: 06:00 - 22:00
-	This cost exclude for driver's meals(based on meal time, such as breakfast, lunch or dinner)
-	Driver accomodation: No cost for Padang, and Rp. 75,000/night for others
Fuel/petrol
-	These tariffs exclude Fuel/petrol.
Padang Hotel from/to Airport only
-	Free if still on your rental period
-	Package for all in is Rp. 100.000,- (any car where available: APV/Avanza/Innova)
Rental Period
-	Rental period calculation based in Padang.
Payments
-	Booking fee is 25% of total cost, and minimum is Rp. 100.000.-
-	Please don't transfer or pay any money to "Total Car Rental" before "Total Car Rental" confirmed about your order.

Extend
-	Extend of car rental means new contract, and should be confirm to Total Car Rental for car availibility first.
-	Any payment should be pay in Indonesia Rupiah (Rp.)
Cancellation
-	When the renter cancel the order, "Total Car Rental" will cost to the renter.
-	Cancelation fee is Rp. 100.000.-
Claim
-	Maximum claim is equal to the money which have been accepted from renter at that priod.
